As a destination wedding venue in Mexico, we recognized the need for a better way to plan. That’s why we built our own proprietary wedding planning software, tailored specifically to couples booking our venue. Designed around our unique business model, it simplifies the planning process and provides everything you need—all in one place.

We understand the difference between “affordable” and “cheap.” That’s why we source and work with vendors who meet high standards—so you get premium quality at a price far below what you’d pay at a traditional U.S. wedding venue. We provide hand-selected local vendors, complete vendor management, a centralized payment process, and on-site execution of vendors on the day of the event.

Planning a wedding in the U.S. is often more stressful than it should be—especially when it comes to budgeting. One of the most common frustrations couples face is a lack of transparency: pricing is unclear, costs add up quickly, and it’s hard to know what you’re really getting. That’s why we’ve created a planning model in Mexico that focuses on clarity, value, and personalization. We offer a more streamlined experience with fewer unknowns, allowing you to plan a meaningful, well-executed event—without the inflated price tag.

STEP 1: SELECT SEASON & MONTH

Our prices depend on the season & month, but we make sure you have all the information needed to pick the perfect wedding season, month and day so you can stay within your event budget.

STEP 2: SELECT YOUR WEDDING STYLE/THEME

Villa del Paraiso provides all clients with wedding styles and theme packages upon filling out our contact/inquiry form. You then work with our team to customize your package to fit your wants and needs.

STEP 3: WORK WITH OUR INCLUSIVE EVENT PLANNING TEAM

Villa del Paraiso is an all inclusive event venue that provides you a full event planning team, & vendors. Our event team works with and manages all the vendors so can have an easy-stress free planning process.

EVENT INFORMATION

  • Included event planner, day of coordinator and event hostesses (clients are not able to bring in their own event team)
  • Estate manager on site for any property support
  • Event restrooms are provided for both men & women
  • Grass location overlooking the ocean with an adjacent oceanfront event deck
  • The ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception overlooking the ocean
  • All the following vendors are supplied and managed by our event team:
    • Floral
    • Catering
    • Illumination & Structure
    • Furniture Rental 
    • Decorations

RENTAL & ESTATE INFORMATION

  • Minimum 2 nights/3 days
  • Check-in is at 12:00 pm & check out 6:00 pm
  • 15 suites, sleeps about 42 overnight guests
  • Rates are based on a minimum two-night stay (prices are in US currency)
